Food and items for raffle & tombola request for Stirling Swimming Junior Open Meet 22nd/23rd January 2011 Dear Parents, Clive Ramsay has again very kindly allowed us to provide cakes for the Officials and Coaches for their tea and lunch breaks. I am asking parents if they would please consider volunteering to provide cakes. Any parents who wish to provide cakes, please could you write your name under the day that you will be bringing your cake(s). The list for this will be at the Stirling Swimming board at the Uni. Could all cakes please be brought to the restaurant at The Peak first thing in the morning. If you want to offer a prize for the raffle just bring it on the day or hand it to one of the committee members who will pass it on.
