Please use the gala phone to let the Team Manager know of any late withdrawals from the gala. Please phone before or during the warm up i.e. before the races start. Thereafter please use the phone for emergencies only, any other communication can not be dealt with during a gala. Sending a text would be preferable as galas are noisy and the team manager can’t leave the poolside to answer the phone.
