The club now has a mobile phone to be used as the main contact point during galas, it will be held by the coach or team manager attending the gala.
This number should be used (preferably by text):
- To let the club know of any last minute withdrawals, either on the evening before or on the day of a gala
- To let the club know if you are running late for a gala, but do not want to be withdrawn
- For any contact required with the team manager/coach on poolside during a gala.
Please do not use this number for any other club contact, it will only be switched on in the evening prior to and during a gala. Use the normal contacts from the website for any other purposes.
