Central Gala Sessions

Timings for Central Gala are:

Session 1
Warmup 8.30am Start - 9.30am

Session 2
Warmup 13.30pm Start - 2.30pm

Please ensure you arrive at pool 15min prior to warm up and let coach know you have arrived.

Remember the pool is Grangemouth.
