Monday 7^th April
No early morning session
Gold and Silver A Age Group Swimmers 10-12 UNI
All other Silver A and Silver B 6-8pm UNI

Tuesday 8^th April
Gold and Silver A Age Group Swimmers 12.30-2.30pm UNI
All other Silver A swimmers join Silver B for land training 6-7pm Braeport

Wednesday 9^th April
No early morning session
Gold and Silver A Age Group Swimmers 10-12 UNI
No PM session

Thursday 10^th April Age Groups
All squads 6.30-8pm UNI

Friday 11^th April Age Groups
No training

Saturday 12^th April Age Groups
Normal Training for at Uni, non agegroup swimmers join Silver B.

Monday 14^th April
No early morning session
No training for Age Group Swimmers
Silver B 6-8pm UNI
