Looking for volunteers: Central Gala Committee Representative and Gala coordinator

The success of Stirling Swimming is dependent on the work performed by a committed group of parent volunteers.
Getting involved with the club as a volunteer is a great way to get to know the club better.
We are looking for parents to get involved with the club and at the moment we specifically need:

Central Gala Committee Representative:  someone to work with Anne Wilson (programming) in relation to the central gala, this involves a couple of meetings with the other central clubs and reporting back to the comittee regarding our responsibilities. If you are interested please contact Anne Wilson on progamming@stirlingswimming.co.uk.

Gala coordinator:
We are also looking for someone to get involved with gala entries, over the last 4 years we have been refining the process and believe we have a system which works, however due to the amount of galas and the work related to the entries the treasurer and the gala convenor is looking for a person to work as the gala coordinator. This person would be responsible for maintaining the gala entry spreadsheet. If you are interested e contact Henriette Laidlaw on president@stirlingswimmig.co.uk.
