Holiday training

For swimmers Swimming at the scottish short course in January there is dayly training December 27 - 31 at the uni from 12 to 13.30

Sam Agnew completed 22 miles.

Sam Agnew completed his 22 mile swim with time to spare and raised £88 pounds for people with spinal injuries

Thank you to all who sponsored Sam.

Leeds Trip

To confirm, the minibus will be leaving Forthbank at 14:30 on Friday.  Please remember to go for minimal luggage - squashable bags, and 2 small is probably better than one large!

Training for Squads Bronze A+B and Silver B

Last session before Christmas is this Saturday December 20^th

Sessions start week commencing January 5^th.

Training for Squads Silver A and Gold

There will be training over the holiday, dates and times to be confirmed, please check website for up to date information.

 

The club is still awaiting confirmation for pool provision in the new year and will communicate this to the members as soon as we have the confirmation.
