Team Building - Remember to sign up

This is just a reminder that we need to confirm the numbers for the team building day and barbeque by this weekend.  Therefore if you would like to attend you must confirm and pay by THIS SATURDAY (31st MAY).  I'm afraid that for this event that there can be no exceptions this as Dounans Camp will be confirming their staffing levels and designing our programme based on these numbers.

Attached is a copy of the details/booking form.  Note it is also possible to come along for the barbeque only - please just write this on the form when returning.  It is also possible to take part in team building and leave before the barbeque - the cost of this is £27 - again please just write this on the form.

We have been talking to the swimmers about this over the last couple of weeks, and a much larger number have said that they are coming than have actually paid!!  So please don't miss out if you want to come along - BOOK AND PAY BY SATURDAY 31ST MAY.

One point to note is that the only transport included in the price is the bus to Dounans at 8:30.  There is no return transport organised, and if you are coming for barbeque only you need to make your own way there.

Please contact us with any queries.  Hope to see a lot of swimmers and parents there - for what should be a fun day for swimmers and a chance for parents and swimmers to relax together in the evening, while of course, rewarding the swimmers for their hard work over the season and for their performances at Grand Prix
